01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the z baj platform and all services included within it. By accessing z baj, opening an account, or using any game or betting service, you are considered to have accepted all the terms stated below.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with Bangladeshi law and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

02 Account Registration and Use

To open an account on z baj, you must provide accurate and complete information at registration. z baj reserves the right to permanently close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• Account login details (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• To change any registered account details, contact z baj support.
• If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account, notify z baj support immediately.

03 Age Verification and Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. z baj may at any time request a national ID card or other government-issued document to verify your age. If documents are not submitted or age cannot be verified, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

z baj is committed to protecting minors. Anyone operating an account on behalf of a minor will be considered to have committed a serious breach of the platform's policies.

04 Payments and Transactions

z baj offers deposit and withdrawal facilities through the mobile financial services available in Bangladesh. Transaction details are provided below:

The account used for depositing and the account used for withdrawing must be the same. Withdrawal requests to a different number will not be processed. For any transaction-related issues, contact support with the transaction reference number.

If there is suspicion that funds have been deposited fraudulently or by improper means, z baj may place the transaction on hold and request additional information for verification.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

z baj bonus offers are provided subject to specific conditions. All bonuses require wagering requirements to be met.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the balance ৳2,000; to withdraw, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.
• Weekly Reload Bonus: Once per week on any working day, a 50% bonus on the deposit amount is available, up to ৳5,000; wagering requirement is 15 times.
• Slot Festival Bonus: A 75% bonus on deposits for slot games only, up to ৳8,000; wagering requirement is 20 times.
• Cricket Celebration Deposit Bonus: A 60% bonus on deposits made during a cricket match, up to ৳10,000; wagering requirement is 18 times.
• Birthday Gift: A reward of up to ৳2,000 once in the registered birthday month; wagering requirement is 10 times.
• Referral Reward: Up to ৳3,000 for each successful referral; wagering requirement is 12 times.

Bonuses are not considered cash under any circumstances. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been completed. If z baj suspects any misuse of a bonus, it may cancel the bonus pending an investigation.

06 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on z baj are conducted impartially. All casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator), which ensures fair outcomes.

• Once a bet has been settled, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, z baj reserves the right to settle according to the correct result.
• In sports betting, if a match is suspended or abandoned, settlement will follow the applicable betting rules.
• Betting through multiple accounts or syndicates is strictly prohibited.
• Using any software or bot to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.

07 Personal Information and Privacy

z baj takes the utmost care in collecting, storing, and using users' personal information. SSL encryption is used to protect data.

• Users' personal information is not sold to any third party.
• Information may be provided to the relevant authorities where required by legal obligation.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) process may need to be completed for security verification.

08 Responsible Gaming

z baj believes that gaming and betting should always be for entertainment. We encourage users to play in a healthy and controlled manner.

• Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on their account.
• An option to temporarily suspend your account is available if needed.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

z baj reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraud, deception, or attempting to gain an advantage by improper means.
• Providing a false identity or age.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Inappropriate behaviour or threats against other users.
• An order from a court or government authority.

If an account is permanently closed, any legitimately deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user's registered payment method, though this may be held until an investigation is completed.

10 Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the z baj platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is protected under intellectual property law. This content may not be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without the explicit written permission of z baj.

• Automated scraping of any part of the platform is prohibited.
• The z baj brand name or logo may not be used without authorisation.
• Content from game providers is also subject to their respective intellectual property rights.

11 Limitation of Liability

z baj will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• Disconnection due to internet or network outages.
• A game being affected by problems with the user's device or software.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing.
• Loss resulting from the user's login details falling into someone else's hands.
• Unforeseen technical problems or force majeure events.

z baj is committed to providing the highest quality of service, but technical issues may occasionally cause service disruptions. In such situations, z baj works actively to resolve problems as quickly as possible.

12 Right to Amend Terms

z baj reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are significant, an effort will be made to notify users in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that the user has accepted the new Terms. For this reason, it is recommended that you revisit this page regularly.
